King Features and Biplano partners with Lancôme on New Worldwide Campaign.

Lancôme, the undisputed mascara expert, is reinventing glamour,  bringing together two icons,  Betty Boop and international supermodel Daria Werbowy, in a worldwide campaign to promote Lancôme’s latest brand extension Hypnôse Star. Betty Boop’s mischievous eyes and innate sensuality are combined with the contemporary spirit and confident femininity of Daria Werbowy combine to publicize this new show-stopping mascara in a campaign launching in June. Betty’s luminescent eyes and famous lashes are the perfect canvas to demonstrate the “Star” look of lush lashes and deep, intense shadows.

As the worldwide exclusive licensor and licensing agent for Betty Boop for Spain, France and Portugal, King Features and Biplano worked closely with Lancôme on development and created original Betty Boop artwork for the campaign which will include print ads in major fashion and lifestyle magazines, outdoor, point-of-purchase displays and demonstrations and extensive social and mobile media support.
